I went to the RenderATL tech conference last week and it was amazing man! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my professional career as well as in my life.

This conference not only exceeded my expectations but also opened doors to new connections, learnings, and personal growth.

Feeling at Home

As I approached the entrance of the conference venue, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of nervousness. However, from the moment I took my first step inside, I instantly felt a sense of belonging.

RenderATL had created an inclusive and welcoming environment, where attendees were encouraged to connect and share their experiences.

So many people felt convicted to bravely walk up to me, and let me know how the posts/videos I’ve shared have helped or inspired them. 🤯

I honestly was so surprised, humbled, and I don’t think they realized they were helping me. Thank you. It inspired me to be more comfortable connecting with folks.

Meeting Heroes and Making Connections

One of the most exciting aspects of RenderATL was the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the tech industry's most renowned figures.

Whether they were my long-time heroes or internet friends I had never met in person, the conference provided a platform for these connections to finally come to life.

I am immensely grateful to all the individuals who took the time to engage in meaningful conversations with me.

I was fortunate to spend considerable time with some of them throughout the conference, and their willingness to share their knowledge and experiences was truly invaluable.

Building these connections not only expanded my professional network but also provided me with mentors and friends who will continue to inspire and guide me on my journey.

I appreciate anyone who took the time to talk to me, and especially those folks that I rolled around with me a good bit through the conference. I know it can be a lot on your social battery!
